Tonight I had my traditional Summer dinner with a teacher of mine way back when I was 11 years old. We've been friends for quite a long time...17 years! We reflected on the past, talked about our current lives, friends/past students. Before we met up, I sent her a picture above from a yearbook. Talk about a blast from the past! Of course, me looking bored as ever. This was taken when I was 11 years old, and a smart ass. I was telling Mrs. R that I remember that I cheated my way through book reports by just writing a little bit from a chapter, and reading the back of the book and never fully reading the book. She said to me, "Yeah, I know you do that!" I was laughing because I couldn't believe that I got away with it, but at the same time, I don't think she wanted to deal with smart mouth! Anyways, I've changed...mostly. :-D
